Eligibility Criteria

• Officers under the Central Government / State Government or Universities / recognized Research Institutions / Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings / Semi-Government, Statutory, or Autonomous Organizations.
• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre / department.
